Our running club's group membership offers an exceptional experience with two in-person, professionally coached workouts each week—Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 PM and Saturday mornings from 8:30-10:00 AM. In addition, members gain access to our mobile app training platform, VDOT, which provides tailored training paces for all easy day runs, cross-training, and quality workouts based on your current fitness level. Training with our club means joining a positive, supportive community of like-minded athletes from all abilities and walks of life. Together, we train for many of the major local races in the Greater Vancouver area, including the Vancouver Sun Run, BMO Half Marathon, Eastside 10K, Longest Day 5K, and more.
